Scruffy came to us when his owner had to move in to take care of her elderly father who is allergic to cats.  Scruffy is a fluffy boy who is cuddly and loves to be in your lap.  He  enjoys having his belly rubbed, but isn't found of having his face petted.  Scruffy is a senior kitty so his adoption fee is only $30 and the fee is waived for any adopter age 65 or older.
