Archie is a very friendly and handsome kitty who came to us when his owner was no longer able to care for him. He was adopted into a home where he was very much loved, but a mean neighbor told the HOA where he lived that he was going on her property and since outdoor cats aren't allowed there his heartbroken mom had to return him. She tried keeping Archie inside, but he was very, very unhappy. He likes to be an indoor/outdoor cat. Archie's most recent owner said he is very sociable, loves belly rubs and enjoys being petted and brushed. He loves to play with his feather wand and whirly mouse toys. Archie likes to be in high places, rub against his human's legs and to sleep with his people, but he doesn't like to be picked up. He loves attention. Archie has been around and gotten along with other cats, dogs and kids in his previous homes and he gets along great with the other cats in his room at the sanctuary. Archie will snuggle on his own terms and is a volunteer favorite here at HSNU because he is so sweet, loving and playful.
