​Bootstrap Bill is a quiet shy guy that can usually be found sleeping or playing with his brother Gibbs. He loves hidey holes and empty boxes. Once he gets to know you, he's very sweet and likes to be loved on. He gets along with other kitties, especially his brother, but he doesn't like dogs. Would do best adopted with his brother.  Bootstrap Bill is a handsome Russian Blue mix cat. The adoption fee to adopt them together is only $100 total.
